Terms & Conditions

• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
• Payments will be returned, or classes made up if a class has to be cancelled due to Music Go Round's teacher's circumstances e.g. illness.
• Music Go Round or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• If you consent to your child's photograph being used by Music Go Round, it may be used on social media or our website for marketing, or for training purposes. You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for Music Go Round's use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received for termly payments and set up for subscriptions. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• 28 days notice must be given in writing to cancel your child's place at Music Go Round.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
• If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Music Go Round will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
